Client Care Manager
As Client Care Manager at MIRON Properties, Maureen brings over 20 years of experience in operations, administration, client relations and sales support to her vital real estate role. She is a highly seasoned and capable team player, known for taking charge of her responsibilities and seeing every detail through from start to finish while providing valuable assistance in broad areas.
A major part of her work involves interfacing with all of the company’s team members and providing thorough, enthusiastic customer service to every one of their clients. Her diverse duties include scheduling showing appointments, appraisals, certificate of occupancy inspections, and photo shoots, among many other tasks. As a Licensed Realtor, Maureen also often accompanies clients on their home inspections, walk-throughs, and closings. She is a well-organized, adaptable multitasker and problem solver, with excellent customer service skills that are always accompanied by a big smile and calming reassurance.
Born and raised in Jersey City, Maureen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Peter’s University. She is a lifelong resident of New Jersey who has lived in Fairview for the past 25+ years. Maureen appreciates the peace and quiet in Bergen County coupled with its proximity to NYC. She has served on the School Board, taught ESL and adult literacy, sat on the board, and volunteered at the food bank/mission in Fairview.
