Phillip Chun

Phillip Chun has several years of experience as a licensed realtor. He has a degree in economics from the University of Michigan and has spent nearly ten years working on Wall Street, with much of his experience being specifically in the areas of residential mortgage backed bonds and residential mortgage loans.
Phillip is licensed in both New Jersey, where he has lived in several towns in Bergen and Hudson Counties, and New York, where he has worked for many years. Phillip’s years on Wall Street have given him a unique understanding of the finances of purchasing and selling real estate. His years commuting into Manhattan give Phillip great perspective on the benefits of life in Bergen County, “you get the perks of the suburbs, malls, parks and open space, coupled with proximity to the greatest city in the world.” Philip’s financial savvy and flair for customer service enable him to get the very best results for his clients.
Phillip is an active member of his community, spending time working with the children’s ministry at his local church and assisting with the set up of each service. He is recently married and enjoys spending time with his wife and his immediate family, all of whom live in the Edgewater and Fort Lee area. Phillip enjoys snowboarding, playing in flag football and softball leagues, and reading.
