DR. RUTH MIRON-SCHLEIDER ACHIEVES
NATIONAL RECOGNITION
Dr. Ruth Miron-Schleider of Miron Properties has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Requirements for the designation include training in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, and professional experience in the field of buyer representation.
“The ABR designation [is] the benchmark of excellence in buyer agency service, [and] demonstrates to clients that the agent has taken steps to continue their education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers,” said Terrence M. McDermott, President and CEO of REBAC.
Miron-Schleider, a Bergen County resident for thirty three years, is a member of the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors and Graduate Realtor Institute. She was also awarded another coveted professional designation, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
