REALTOR RECOGNIZED
Ruth Miron-Schleider, a licensed Real Estate Broker and managing director of Miron Properties of New Jersey, was awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council in Murphys, Calif. These specialists help seniors make decisions about selling their homes, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate taxes, obtaining a reverse mortgage., moving to a senior community, and other issues.
The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC) tracks senior property owners’ needs and provides education to Realtors who make seniors a focus of their business. The nationally recognized designation was introduced in 1997.
Miron-Schleider, a Bergen County resident for 33 years, is a member of the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors and Graduate Realtor Institute. She has been awarded several other designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Senior Realty Counselor (SRC).
